• Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher certification in 2018, under Yoga at the Ashram.

• Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2018.

• Passed the baton in health care sustainability after a 33-year career - January 2022.

• 2022 - Volunteered with Seeds for Change in Kapaau, Hawaii. First 4-night solo retreat and connection with the Ironwood tree.

• February 2023 - Authored and narrated first book, “Field Notes on Letting Go - A memoir of truth-seeking, healing and personal freedom” and accompanying pondering workbook in print, E-book and audio, narrated by me. Order here.

• March 2023 - 300 hour certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine under The Four Winds Society.

• 2023 - 13-part, on-demand workshop released, “Read, Write & Release Workshop.”

• 2024 - Second 4-night solo retreat with the Ironwood Tree. Self Care Journal.

• 2024 - 20-hour foundational training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga with the Center for Trauma and Embodiment.

• 2024 - Certified SuperHealth Instructor - Yogic Science for Addictive Behavior - Immersion Training

• 2025 (Feb, March) - Volunteered at Botanical Garden of Nevis, W.I.

• 2025 - Third solo retreat with the Ironwood tree, Kapaau, Hawaii. The Ironwood Tree and I wrote a love prayer song - By the Ironwood tree. Please sing it with us.

• 2025 - Released “I Can’t. I Am. I Did. Lessons in Resilience.” An audio companion - Healing stories, songs, and poems — inviting you to reclaim your voice and your truth.

• 2025 - Moving from Janet to Janny, representing the rebirth and the release of what was ready to go, with love.

• 2026 - Adventuring to India for Recovery 2.0 Retreat, International Yoga Festival and volunteering.

• Seva: Weekly cooking (when in town) at the Amherst Survival Center and bin washing and CSA packing for the Kohala Food Hub, when in Hawaii. Agroforestry volunteer in Kapaau, HI.
